Industrial site in Handcross, West Sussex sold for residential development

Colyer Commercial have sold Sherwood Works, Brighton Road, Handcross, West Sussex for which planning permission has been granted for the demolition of the existing factory buildings and the erection of 7 number four bedroom dwellings and associated parking.

Colyer Commercial acted for the vendor in the sale of the site.  Gordon Shepherd commented “following a comprehensive marketing campaign a large of number offers were received from developers demonstrating the high demand for redundant old style industrial sites with planning potential”.
