Business Rates were last revalued on the 1st April 2010. These ‘Rateable Values’ are used as a basis on which rate liability charges are calculated up to the 31st March 2017. We have a consultant that can advise as to whether your assessment is excessive and should be appealed. In most cases, we work on a no-saving no fee basis.
