units, each with its own access and on-site parking.</p>
<p>Since being instructed as the local agent, Colyer Commercial have let four offices on behalf of the Landlords and six in total in the last six months.  Tim Shepherd said &#8220;we were very pleased to be instructed on behalf of Needspace to be their local agent and look forward to continuing the active marketing of the offices in the future.&#8221;</p>
