Colyer Commercial were instructed in October 2023 to be the sole local letting agents for the marketing of the offices at the City Business Centre. The office scheme comprises 26 self contained units providing a mix of office, workshop and retail
units, each with its own access and on-site parking.

Since being instructed as the local agent, Colyer Commercial have let four offices on behalf of the Landlords and six in total in the last six months.
